How the time has flown, a month gone by, and no blogging. I'm sure it will come. so that's the new website up, attached to various feeds and starting to get noticed.
Me, ive mainly being looking after my athletes and progressing my own training from scratch of late to be able to complete a half marathon in a respectable time for my age and shoe size.
Following the advice i give my athletes, its steady gradual continual progress that works best, trying to leap frog or accelerate trainig leads to injury and set backs.
So until next time, next month, next week, next day, keep that progress steady and train consistantly.
